Living a Cancer Free Lifestyle

Living a Cancer Free Lifestyle

Cancer is a growing menace in our culture. I know too many women personally who are fighting this terrible disease and too many children and young adults who have died from this disease. We live in a toxic world. Yes, all of modern technology has made life a lot easier but it has come with great costs, namely, the cost to our health. We must be diligent in fighting these adverse side effects as much as possible but then leave the results in the Lord’s hands. Even if we lived a perfectly toxic free lifestyle, we can still die from cancer since, as I stated, we live in a toxic world. In this post, I’m going to share with you all of the ways I could think of that I try to live a cancer free lifestyle.

I’ll begin with the way I eat since Hippocrates (400 BC), known as the father of medicine stated, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” He emphasized the importance of nutrition to prevent and cure disease. I believe the best thing I do daily to prevent cancer is to eat a big salad every day filled with romaine, arugula, and red leaf lettuces. Then I add radicchio, radishes, carrots, red peppers, avocado, tomatoes, sprouted pumpkin seeds, sardines (the best source of omega-3 fatty acids), and a couple of tablespoons of sauerkraut on it. I use my homemade salad dressing that is filled with healthy fats.

I eat almost only organic food and rarely eat out. I make big pots of vegetable soup with chicken broth filled with greens, potatoes, onions, yams, broccoli, and any other vegetables I want to add, and I have that for dinner many nights. We also eat organic, grass fed beef, organic chicken, and wild caught fish. I make almost everything from scratch and have many of my family favorite dinner recipes on my old blog. I also have breakfast recipes, dessert recipes, and many health related articles on that blog. I make my own Einkorn sourdough bread and have made it so easy to make! Between my daughter, DIL, and sister, we have it down to a few easy steps.

I eat no sugar or junk food and try to eat food closest to the way God created for us to eat. I do have a healthy chocolate recipe that we all love but I try to limit the sweets and fruits I eat, however. Too much fructose isn’t good either. Cancer feeds on sugar so limit all of it in your life as much as possible. I made a video yesterday of items I have in my pantry and refrigerator if you’re interested.

I make my own kefir which I have in the morning with a sprouted granola and blueberries, or I have pastured eggs on my sourdough bread. I also love to soak oatmeal overnight then after cooking it in the morning, I add raw butter and coconut sugar. Probiotics like kombucha, sauerkraut, and kefir are very important for a healthy gut. Good health begins and ends in the gut! Kefir is loaded with probiotics and has three times the amount of yogurt.

I don’t drink coffee or alcohol. Caffeine is hard on the adrenals and stomach, and it’s hard to remain completely sober drinking alcohol. Caffeine and alcohol are drugs. I try to take as few drugs into my life as possible, and I don’t want to be addicted to anything. (I am not saying that either of them are sinful in moderation.)

In our backyard, we have numerous types of fruit trees (fig, orange, lemon, apple, guava, tangerine, and peach). We have never sprayed our yard with any toxic ingredients. We’ve never sprayed for ants. I use a glass jar or any type of cylinder and role that over the trail of ants. I leave the dead ants there and their comrades come and pick them up and leave my home. I haven’t had a problem with ants for over 15 years! Vinegar works good on weeds but picking them out from the roots works the best. I use organic fertilizers on my yard when and if needed. If I’m having a problem with pests or mold, I find natural ways to deal with them.

We use reverse osmosis to filter our water. Berkeys are great, too. Most tap water is filled with toxic chemicals, especially if you live by a big city. I try to sleep as much as possible at night in a dark, cool, and quiet room. I go to bed early. Sleep is very important for fighting cancer and lack of sleep increases your risk for some cancers. I don’t use fluoride in my toothpaste. I believe fluoride is a toxic chemical. I only take drugs IF needed and use natural means for healing unless it’s an emergency. Elderberry syrup is great for preventing and/or shortening colds and the flu. I believe vaccinations are damaging to health and cause cancer since they’re filled with toxic ingredients and most probably aborted fetuses. I don’t have mammograms. Smashing breasts and radiating them seems like it would cause cancer.

My husband and I take a walk almost every day of the year. Thankfully, we live in a climate that allows us to do this. Exercise is very important for good health. It’s also good to be out in the fresh air and sunshine as much as possible. I sleep with a window open and have my windows open as much as possible. The air in our homes is much more toxic than the air outside of our homes due to the carpets, furniture, and other things which I don’t have, such as air fresheners, toxic cleaners, dryer sheets, and candles. Wood flooring and tile are much healthier than carpet since carpet is completely synthetic and harbors a lot of nasty things. We have mostly wood, and it’s a breeze to keep clean. We never need to have a carpet company come out and clean our carpets. We have bought most of our furniture on Craig’s List since it’s out-gassed by then. New furniture is full of toxic chemicals.

Most sunscreens are highly toxic. You must know that everything you put on your skin is absorbed into your body. A friend of mine has used sunscreen on her face every single day and has never laid out in the sun but has had a TON of skin cancer on her face that she’s needed extensive surgeries for. The best way to get vitamin D, which is a great cancer fighter, is from the sun. No, don’t get burned or be out too long but sunshine is good for us! It causes everything to grow.

I clean with all non-toxic cleaners such as vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, Bar Keepers Friend, and a dash of non-toxic dish washing soap. I use non-toxic dishwasher detergent, dish soap, body soap, body lotion (For Christmas, my sister made me some body lotion and I love!), make up, hair dye, and everything else. I stopped using nail polish immediately when I found out that a few hours after nail polish is applied, many of the harmful, toxic ingredients are in the person’s blood stream. Blood tests have proven this to be so. Whenever I find out something is toxic, I stop doing it. I don’t whiten my teeth because the ingredients to do this are often toxic.

What about radiation? We only use our microwave to heat up our heating pads. I don’t use it to heat up food. Microwaves are dangerous. You can read a good article about this and many other great articles at the Weston A. Price website. I use only stainless steal and cast iron skillets and pans. Never use the Teflon types. I don’t put my cell phone to my ear. I use the speaker phone and I have a radiation protector on my phone. It is ironic since I have had my head radiated to death with CAT scans, MRIs, and Cyber Knife. After Cyber Knife, I drank a cup of organic green tea daily for months afterwards, since I have read that this is a good antidote to radiation. The Cyber Knife killed my tear ducts so instead of regular eye drops, I use castor oil which works great.

I store all of my food in glass container or mason jars. The abundance of estrogen in plastics and in foods such as soy are wreaking havoc on people’s health. This is why men’s sperm count is tanking and I believe why so many women struggle with infertility. We have too much estrogen in our water, food, and air. Make it a habit to read the ingredients of everything that you buy and stay away from anything with soy in it, has dyes in it, and chemicals. You want to eat food only.

I use very little makeup but what I do use is non-toxic. EWG.org is a good site to find out how toxic products are and be able to make wise choices.

In 2015, I wrote a post titled Cancer – Leading Cause of Death in Children. In this post, I give links to many things I have found to cure illnesses rather than drugs. All drugs are toxic to the human body. Doctors are taught this in medical school so drugs should always be used with discretion. I have had many things happen to me in my 61 years of life but have found many healthy, alternative ways to treat my body other than drugs.

If you can’t afford all organic food, look up the dirty dozen and try to eat those organically. With Costco and Trader Joe’s stocked full of organic foods, it’s more cheaply available than ever before! Plant a garden and have some chickens if you are able. Look on EWG.org and find the best rated and cheapest products. Make your own laundry detergent. I did for years. There are many ways to afford living a cancer free lifestyle if you put your mind to it.

If you have anything to add to this post, feel free to add it to the comment section. Remember women, we do the best that we can, we don’t worry about it, and we leave our lives in the hands of Almighty God. Our times are in His hands but He gives out wisdom freely, so ask for it. I love what one woman wrote on my Instagram, “Clearly many of us are deceived into thinking this kind of lifestyle is unobtainable. Basically, I am taking baby steps to achieve these ideals. My Naturopath explained that real and lasting change is made slowly.”

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
1 Corinthians 6:19, 20

  1. Lori, my family does the same things you mentioned in this post, except we don’t have our own chickens. I will say that this eating lifestyle cost about twice as much as eating the standard American diet. But not eating out and cooking from scratch does really help off set the cost. Also, I find that we don’t need to go to the doctor as often so that alone can really help off set the expense of eating better food.

  2. Such good advice. My father died from cancer at 46 years old. He was healthy and active. It was so so so hard for my mother, my siblings and I to lose him. We should all take as many steps as we can to ensure we are here as long as possible for our spouse and children. I hate this world. It’s so awful how toxic everything is. Thank you for sharing so many ideas! You always help me be a wiser better woman Lori. You really don’t know how much you help me everyday. God bless you and your family in Jesus name.

  3. I have found that the organic produce at health food stores isn’t much more expensive than the conventionally grown food. It’s all of the organic packaged and canned stuff that is very expensive, therefore, it’s best to learn how to make this stuff from scratch if one can’t afford it. Health foods stores also have monthly sales. It’s a good time to stock up on the things that you’ll use during these times. Our health food store has a 20 percent sale off of everything every three months so I really stock up then!

  4. Thanks, Lori, for taking the time to post all of this. I watched your YouTube video yesterday of your pantry supplies and stocked refrigerator. I really appreciate you sharing this information with us. God bless.

  5. It was fun to do, Holly! It took me all day to remember all of the things that I do since I’ve been doing them for so long that they are just a part of my daily living habits.

  6. Great information,Lori! We can all take away a few , if not all of these suggestions , to help us get on the road to healthy lifestyles. When I implemented changes such as these, about 15 years ago, my family thought me nuts, now with all the studies to support this information I’m not seen as on the fringe anymore? ~Suzanne

  7. We eat/live very similarly and have never taken our kids to the dr for an illness. They have caught the occasional cold but have never had a serious sickness. I attribute this to our way of living.

  8. Fantastic advice! Anything we do towards good health is being a good steward of our God given life. And stocking up on the items on your youtube can be done gradually, not all at once. Get something each time you shop and before you know it, you have a lot of safe food in your pantry/fridge. Thanks for the links too. Makes me want to go grocery shopping now!

  9. Mammograms cause cancer! One woman wrote on Facebook: “I get thermograms yearly. They show lumps/suspicious growths/cancer 8 to 10 years before a mammogram detects it. In my area $175.00.” This is a MUCH safer way to go.

  10. .Hi Isadora, could you share any family recipes or staples for your food and medicine cabinet?
Thank you again Lori for listing this post to help all us!
    Karla

  11. I now use all natural deodorant and have stopped painting my nails. I also use all natural soap and no longer use perfume. Only natural makeup and I keep that minimal too. Also in the process of growing out my hair color- it’s been almost a year now since I last dyed. I had no idea how toxic hair coloring is and that hair dressers have some of the highest cancer rates around. Just trying to live a more natural life and cut out unnecessary toxins.

  12. I mostly only took my children to the doctor for broken bones. I never took them for the cold or the flu. Dr. Mendelssohn, who was a pediatrician for 30 years wrote a great book called, “How to Keep Your Children Healthy Without a Doctor.” He helped guide me when to take my children to the doctor and when not to. My grandmother raised seven children and never took one to the doctor! They ate a ton of fresh food and foods weren’t sprayed back then.

  13. My mom was totally on the fringe when she began feeding us organic food over 55 years ago! It had healed her of colitis so we grew up eating this way. It’s a blessings, that’s for sure.

  14. You’re welcome, Susan! Yes, it’s a gradually changing of how one lives their life. Most women aren’t even taught most of these things. They simply go along with the flow of culture but I’m the type to question how culture is going since it always seems to be going in the wrong direction.

  15. Thanks Lori! I am sooo determined to get my family back on track to a better healthy life. I have wrote down recipes and have been cleaning out my toxic cabinets!?

  16. I recently adopted this type of lifestyle a few years ago after being diagnosed with soooo many fibroid tumors while only in my 20’s. I’ve been doing my best to avoid surgery by working with a naturopathic doctor and living a cleaner/non-toxic lifestyle. Unfortunately a recent ultrasound showed the tumors continuing to grow which is so sad because surgery now looks like the only solution but like you said we have to leave the rest in the Lords hands. Regardless I’m glad to have learned the same things you are teaching here and only wish I could have known these things sooner. Hopefully more women can learn these simple ways of living to avoid cancer and other illnesses. I believe living toxic lifestyles is a reason why so many of us young women are dealing with infertility.

  17. Thankyou so much for this! My husband and I need to eat healthier. At 43, he has the beginnings of fatty liver disease. And my health isn’t great either. (I’m 38) organic food is expensive here in Australia particularly due to bushfires. You can pay around $2.50 for a small avacado. $20 for an organic chicken. $12 for a dozen organic eggs etc. So it’s pricey. Particularly for a large family like ours. I do try and buy lots of vegies if I can and I have some organic items in our fridge and pantry that I found at a cheaper price. I struggle particularly with my husband. He wants to eat healthy. But when I hand him a bowl of sauerkraut or a nice salad, he looks at me like I have two heads. Occasionally I say to him I’m not serving him anything else to he eats it and he comply’s. But he’s not too keen on it.

  18. I am sure he likes that, Meg! 🙂 Keep making food as healthy as you can but make sure you still try to please your husband. Pray that he will want to truly eat healthier.

  19. Lori, thank you for taking the time to compile such a vitally important and helpful post. I have been reducing my microwave oven usage recently, and forwarded your link to my husband since he uses the oven much more than I. As a side note, my husband saw my laptop open yesterday to your post and asked about it. I sent him the link to your blog so he knows what I am reading regularly. Although he is not a believer, he appreciates your teaching since he clearly sees the pervasive poison of feminism.

Back to today’s post. Unlike your health food store, my local one has a 20% off sale only once a year. A family member introduced me to Vitacost (Vitacost.com) and I now purchase from them (I have no affiliation to Vitacost, except as a customer). They have regular 20% off sales on vitamins/supplements, food, personal care, etc., and they offer free shipping if your order is $49+. I save money on the products and time/energy by having them delivered to me. Naturally, this is especially valuable for mothers of young children who find it difficult to shop. I believe they send a 20% off coupon for a first order when someone subscribes to their email list.

Your faithfulness in teaching women (of all ages) is very appreciated.

  20. Read the nutrition labels and beware of anything with “natural flavors”. It may start out natural, but then many chemicals are added to enhance the flavor to make you want more. Watch this 60 Minutes video. This stuff is in everything! https://youtu.be/a7Wh3uq1yTc

  21. This is all great advice, and I have been slowly integrating a lot of these ideas and changes into my family’s lifestyle for the past two years. It’s a lot to consider all at once, but we are taking baby steps.

I think one huge factor you overlooked is stress. This is something I personally struggle with because I tend to have a lot of anxiety, but my husband always says that stress is one of the leading causes of cancer (and many other illnesses).

  22. I agree with a lot of nutritional advice here. However, RO water isn’t good for living creatures to drink. The process only removes particulate, but most heavy metals are in gas form and the main route of exposure is inhalation. Volatile organics and pesticides are not filtered out by RO, although most RO water is combined with carbon filtration, which works on some of the VOC’s. The main route of toxicity with organics, particularly perchlorethylene, trichlorethane, is through our largest organ, the skin. So, RO water with carbon filter IS good for bathing. God created our bodies to best absorb essential minerals in solution. No handful of supplements or pound of broccoli will match the absorbable calcium, magnesium, boron and zinc that a couple of glasses of water provide. Furthermore, sulfur smelling water is a rich source of MSM – that helps prevent arthritis and soothes the inflammation of joints. Island and desert countries that rely on desalinated water to support their population, such as Japan, Dubai, Grand Cayman, have young women with osteopenia and osteoporosis and fetal bone defects. The negative health effects of RO water happen fairly quickly. If you know the water available to drink contains cholera, amoebic dysentery, PFOA’s, high levels of atrazine, then, find another source. (And don’t bathe!) If you want to know what is in your water, read State DEQ and EPA groundwater and drinking water testing that looks at VOC’s, atrazines, arachlors. (Note that VERY LITTLE of this testing is done. Because, if they find something = widespread panic.) Look at ground water flow maps and watershed maps in the region in which you live. Then, look upstream. If you wish to test your water source, these studies will guide you at what to look for. Then, find an accredited private lab that does not sell water purification systems, preferably close to where you live, because you will need two 12 to 16 ounce samples and dry ice with overnight shipping in a cooler – just for TCLP. STUDY the sampling protocol. You will most likely need to pick up a sampling kit, that will include bottles, some of which have preservative in them (usually sulfuric acid.) Also, a cooler. If you wanted to sample only for volatile organics, that will probably cost around $300.00. If you want to test for metals, a TCLP 8 is about $600.00. I would test for organics and herbicides before I would look for metals. Then, you’ll know if the risk you fear is worth the guaranteed danger of RO water

  23. I am really impressed with how much you do to live healthfully. I know I don’t eat enough vegetables and I can’t seem to stop using the non-stick pans!! A lot of parents are buying their children Airpods and that is radiation right next to the brain. You are correct that several vaccines contain aborted fetal cells, DTaP, MMR, and varicella. The flu vax is cultured on dog kidney cells. Also I am concerned that the HPV vaccine is contributing to lowered fertility. It has been shown to cause premature ovarian failure. Basically, I want my kids to find a Christian anti-vax spouse so that their chances of having a normal healthy family is increased.

  24. Hi Karla,
I don’t keep much on hand as far as my medicine cabinet. I have a variety of Young Living essential oils and have a book called Gentle Babies that describes proper dosage/use for children and nursing/pregnant mothers. I also typically have a small variety of Traditional Medicinals teas on hand like Echinacea, Throat Coat, Smooth Move, and some others.

As far as recipes or meal staples, I cook almost all our meals. We probably eat out as a family once a month or so, but somewhere healthier, like Chipotle or the natural pizza place that’s not too far from us. I would say we mostly follow a paleo style diet, except we eat plenty of raw organic dairy. I used to give the kids oatmeal several times a week but noticed a month or two ago that the kids were developing white spots (decalcification) on their teeth and did some extensive digging on grains and whoo! Let’s just say oatmeal will now be a very occasional treat.

We have eggs for breakfast with steamed veggies or last nights leftovers from supper. We buy our grass fed meat in bulk so when I meal plan I will choose what meat we’re having that day and have a couple sides to go with it, usually veggies and some sort of potato thing. I also try to make a batch of bone broth in the crockpot once a week so we can have soup a few times, especially in the winter.

I have found a lot of great delicious recipes on this site:
    https://www.stephgaudreau.com/category/recipes/main-dishes/

Also a GAPS cookbook called Internal Bliss is one of my favorites. It has a cream of mushroom soup that’s to die for, if you’re a fan of mushrooms like I am. ?

The website Allrecipes also lets you search recipes based on ingredients you have on hand, which is a great feature for coming up with more meal ideas.

  25. Would you please share how you use the castor oil for your eyes. Drops? Pills? Also what brand do you use? This would be a great help to me. Thank you!

  26. I buy an organic bottle of it from the health food store and then put it in dropper bottles. Every morning, I put a couple of drops into my eyes and then spread it around with my fingers. It works great!

  27. Ultrasounds. They’re much safer. The only time I had a mammogram many years ago, they thought they saw something suspicious so they sent me for an ultrasound. Skip the mammogram (which I believe will be outlawed) and have an ultrasound instead.

  28. Why do you think mammograms will be outlawed? They are pushed as hard as flu shots by all Drs. Most Drs. frown upon breast ultra sounds and thermography before an initial mammogram. Insurance does not cover breast ultra sound or thermography as preventative care screenings. I just don’t see mammograms being outlawed. I wish they would be.I personally don’t get breast cancer screenings of any kind seeing that I’m in a low risk
    category.

  29. Thanks for your post! I appreciate it. I have recently read Dan Buettner’s work on the Blue Zones. The Blue Zones are areas of the world where people live longer than most other places. He then describes their lifestyles – mainly, what they eat. Very informative.

  30. Yes, they do cause more harm than good but they are being pushed more that ever before. And also we’re constantly hearing how mammograms save lives. I do hope you’re right and they are outlawed but I just don’t see it happening. Someone is making to much money off them and the cancer they cause. Let’s pray together for this to be outlawed.

  31. Beth, the blue zone thing is a bunch of baloney. I read an article about this just the other day. It was posted on a great web site called the healthy home economist. Please check it out before you adopt this eating lifestyle.

  32. Hi, Lori!

I want to thank you so much for this article. Lately, with our family under financial stress, I’ve wondered if I should throw in the towel and just start feeding the family junky foods – it is SO EASY to feed a family cheaply if you don’t care what they’re eating. But I’ve discovered personally how deeply food impacts health, and your article was perfect timing in encouraging me to keep trying for the best I can do, rather than giving in.

I appreciate all of your hard work in putting together this article!

    Diana

  33. I certainly started to get drawn into the hype of nutritarian (wholefood, plantbased diets) they were quite convincing. Although they lost me a little bit on soy and tofu??) most people can probably afford to add more salads to their diet and less processed foods. I have no problem with a wholefood diet. But vegans have hijacked the concept to fit their agenda. My husband always encourages me to look at what God’s word says about food and there is nothing wrong with having dairy and meat. I dont recall ever seeing a happy vegan. ??

  34. Cloth diapers are far better for babies than disposable ones. Disposables ones are full of artificial hormones and dangerous chemicals, including endocrine-disruptors. They’re also terribly bad for the environment. Washable sanitary pads are also better for us than disposable ones. So many chemicals in disposables. Even organic cotton tampons have chemicals in them.

  35. Disagree. Super Blue Foods, page 180 of the book, are:
Beans, Greens, Sweet potatoes, nuts, olive oil, oats, barley, fruit, green tea, herbal tea, turmeric. To avoid: Sugar-sweetened beverages, salty snacks, processed meats, packaged sweets. Also recommended: avocados, bananas, lemons, and many others.
If you read the book I think you will really know what the diet is all about. It’s not a vegan or vegetarian diet, though it does recommend decreasing the amount of meat eaten – eating meat 2 or 3 x a day is not necessary or healthy. And Tamara, you can disagree but can you please be kind.

  36. I’m curious as to what you think about hair dye? I’m assuming you color your hair (based on your photos). Since hair dyes contain toxic chemicals that can be absorbed through the scalp, what do you use?

  37. If you look at statistics you will see that it is BOTH men and women who have infertility issues. 1/3 of the time it is the man alone, 1/3, woman alone. The final third is either a combination of the two … or “cause unknown”. I would use the word infertile over barren because sometimes it takes years and then the couple get pregnant.

  38. Beth, Tamara was not being unkind. The article is entitled “blue zone baloney”. As for me. The jury is out on whether to eat meat or not. the majority say no meat. And no oil of any kind. If yyou react this badly when a fellow sister in Christ tries to warn you, how badly do you react when youre husband rebukes you?

  39. I don’t believe cutting out meat and all oil is good at all, Meg! Jesus few His disciples and the crowds fish. God instructed the Israelites to eat oil: “When you bring a grain offering baked in the oven as an offering, it shall be unleavened loaves of fine flour mixed with oil or unleavened wafers smeared with oil.” (Lev. 2:4) It oils our bodies!

  40. Hi Lori.
Sorry, it was bad wording on my part. I personally lovemeat. (We had grass fed beef roast with roast veg the other night. It was delicious!) Most of the speakers I had watched on you tube were trying to advocate For no meat or oil. Even fewer said a little oil and meat 2-3 times a week was ok. While I’m sure meat consumption is at too high a level and we don’t eat enough veggies, it’s ridiculous to say we should go to one extreme or the other. Sure, addmore vegies to you’re diet. But don’t feel bad for eating lots of cheese, cream, butter, good fats, and good quality meat. But the ultimate agenda of books like the blue zone are really trying to advocate for a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle. Many such books are inspired by the China study. And the authors are strong earth loving vegans.. as a Christian I’d stay away from it. God’s word clearly allows us to eat meat. So enjoy it!

  41. What would you suggest for epilepsy? My child had to have a MRI and EEG which are scary because of the radiation of them

  42. Hi Jojo, For the radiation, green tea is very good. For the epilepsy, if I were you, I would feed the child the most nourishing food that I could. A healthy immune system is always the best route to go concerning any illness or disease.

  43. EXACTLY HOW TO CURE CANCER

    1. More rock or sea salt that you can bear (at least 1 heaped teaspoon per day), especially by over-salting your broths, vegetable salads and hot baths (transdermally).

    2. Pure sodium bicarbonate (not baking soda), through honey or maple syrup and hot baths (transdermally).

    3. Overeat all the proscribed ‘high cholesterol foods’: lots of eggs; lots of coconut oil; lots of butter and ghee; lots of fatty meat (lamb, pork, beef, fish, duck); lots of macadamia nuts, walnuts and Brazil nuts; lots of avocado; lots of organs (kidney, tripe, heart, lung, pancreas, tongue, trachea, liver); lots of internal fat, lard suet, tallow; lots of heavy cream dairy, cheese, yogurt. Eat very greasy and salty indeed and all organic of course.

    4. Drink lots of carrot juice combos, e.g., carrot + lime/lemon/ginger/cardamom/turmeric/cinnamon/apple/papaya/pineapple/banana/tomato/tamarillo/sugarcane… All the extras juiced all-in (juiced whole, skin plus seeds).

    5. Almost all your vegetables as raw ferments, e.g., kimchi, sauerkraut, tofu etc.

    6. High-intensity interval training only. Break a gushing sweat in as short a time as possible. Only while in a fasted state. Exercise days scheduled using Fibonacci interval pyramid.

    7. Lots of NAKED time in the sun (at least 1 hour daily between the 11am – 2pm time zone depending on your lat-long).

    8. Buteyko breathing work daily at wake-up and sleep time.

    9. Only natural structured water from fruits and vegetables for hydration. Only distilled pure water for detox.

    10. Zero EMF exposure.

BONUS: Eustress vs distress ratio of 80/20, which is easily achieved by adhering to 1 – 10 above.
