Improvements From My Healing Diet

In the beginning of February of this year, I began a healing diet. My gut was so bad from my bouts with Covid that everything I ate would come up as vomit in my throat, my stomach burned, and I had daily diarrhea and pain in my gut. I was desperate. Well, I have been on it over seven months now, so I thought it would be a good time to give an update.

The diarrhea stopped immediately which was such a relief. The burning stomach and acid reflux stopped at around the three month mark. The stomach pain is far better and sometimes, not at all! But, there are some other improvements to my health that I want to share with you.

I used to become congested every time I laid in bed to go to sleep, so I could never breath through my nose. Now, I have zero congestion and can breath easily through my nose!

I used to have bad tinnitus which has greatly improved where I hardly have it anymore!

I have dealt with tachycardia for years off and on. Last Fall, I had two episodes for four hours which were extremely miserable. The blood pressure cuff couldn’t even read my blood pressure or heart rate. Then I studied that tachycardia can relate to a bad gut. Even besides those two bad episodes, I would have it mildly or feel like it was going to happen. Since February, I haven’t had that feeling once nor any episode of tachycardia!

I had my yearly blood lab tests, and they all came back perfect which proves this is a good and healthy diet to be on!

So, this diet is definitely good at reducing inflammation in your body and helping it to heal. Remember, health begins and ends in the gut, so it’s so important to heal your gut. If you have any health issues, I encourage you to give it a try!

Now, if it would only dissolve my brain tumor and heal my battered, whiplashed neck…I am truly looking forward to that new resurrected body!

    Our family has been members of the School of Traditional Skills since they started two years ago.   2. One word of caution though for anyone that adds protein shakes to their gut healing diet. Many protein powders, even organic, contain pestisides, heavy metals, phthalates and pfas. All of which can make gut issues worse. So just make sure to research to make sure the brand you use doesn’t contain these contaminants. A great resource to check out is Mamavation.com.
    They test products for contaminants.
