1. Your title says it all. A well behaved child truly is a delight. I am fortunate that time outs, loss of privilege, etc has worked so we haven’t had a need to spank. But overall, discipline and training is a necessity for parenting.

   When we are out and about doing errands my kids ask me all the time, why are other kids are having tantrums in the store. Even at 5 and 7, they realize that behavior is unattractive and immature.
