Young Women are in Desperate Need

Young Women are in Desperate Need

Many young women today drink too much alcohol and are not sober minded. They make decisions based upon their emotions and feelings, instead of what is right and good. This is why they need to be taught to be sober by godly, older women.

Many young women divorce their husbands if they are not happy or they nag, manipulate, or try to control them. There are many foolish women who are tearing their homes down with their own hands. This is why older women need to teach them to love their husbands.

Many young women have a tendency to pursue their “goals and aspirations” and even think they won’t be a good mother unless they do. They falsely believe that they must earn money to have value, therefore, taking valuable time away from their children or maybe deciding to not even bear children. Money has become their idol. They say they “love” their children too much to discipline them so their children aren’t obedient. This is why older women must teach them to love their children.

Many young women act like men today in the way they act and talk. They burp and talk loudly, sit with their legs sprawled apart, speak disrespectfully to those who are older than themselves, and act unfeminine. This is why older women need to teach them to be discreet.

Many young women like to dress sexy and draw attention to themselves. They wear bikinis, yoga pants, short shorts, skin-tight clothing, lots of makeup, and low-cut tops and enjoy getting attention from men and turning them on. This is why they need to be taught by older women to be modest with a gentle, kind, and quiet spirit “which is in the sight of God of great price;” being taught to turn their energies to beautifying their inside rather than their outside since this is what lasts (1 Peter 3:4).

Many young women do not have the goal to be at home and raise children since these are “old fashioned” they claim. They are new, improved, and feminized and want to make their mark on the world by working a nine to five job, usually in submission to a boss, in order to make a paycheck while their children are being raised by strangers. This is why they need to be taught to be keepers at home.

Many young women don’t mind cheating on a test, lying to a boss or friend, stealing something they need “real badly,” gossiping about others, being lazy, filling their minds with raunchy movies and television shows, and having sex outside of marriage. This is why godly, older women need to teach the younger women to be good.

Many young women are repulsed by the idea of obeying and respecting their husbands who they chose and committed their lives to until death do they part, but they have no problem obeying their boss. This is why they need to be taught to be obedient to their husbands.

The aged women… that they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.
Titus 2:4, 5

  1. So true. Another shocking factor is, young girls have been caught making fetish videos for paedophiles. All under their parents roof. And of course the parents were cluless as they were caught up with their own lives. May not of happened if there had b3en a vigilant parent at home.

    1. I agree. God wants mothers to be keepers at home for a very important reason: to make sure their children are safe and not self-destructing. Children need boundaries and a lot of guidance and protection because they can be foolish if left alone.

“A foolish son is a grief to his father, and bitterness to her that bare him.” (Proverbs 17:25)

  2. So sad but so true. Some people think I am a strict mama….but I take my job seriously of being a mama to my children. My daughter is 15 and I am trying so, so hard to train her up in the Lord correctly.

I wish you had a “share” button somewhere on your posts. The only one I see is the PIN button….but I always love to share good posts on google plus and twitter! Am I missing the share button?

Thank you for what you share and your firm grip on the truth! 🙂

  3. Oh my goodness. This almost brought me to tears. I am a 23 year old wife and I do my best to follow the bibles principles. i stay home and help my husband with his lawn care business but mainly take care of my home and whatever my husband needs me to do.
I have only one woman in my life who truly follows God’s principles for a woman its my sweet mother in law. I feel very lonely and discouraged at times and also so sad and heart broken for all the ladies in my life who are missing out on God’s best by pursuing what this world says is good.
Thank you for being another woman I can look to and not feel so lonely and be encouraged by.
You are a blessing to me,

    1. I completely agree with this! I am a 28 year old wife and mother and my husband is a professional athlete. Most of the women I am surrounded by are NOT biblical women. Lori your wisdom is such a blessing you have had such a huge impact on my life. Thank you! 💕

    1. Its funny that you say women shouldn’t act like men and then list burping, talking loudly, and being disrespectful as things men do. Its okay for men to do these things? Why? Or you’re saying men are generally this way? So men, who we are to submit to and respect, are defined by rude and disrespectful behaviour themselves? Interesting.

  4. Invite newly saved girls to Sunday lunch along with girls from a Christian home. Also talk to them about your own hobbies, e.g., sports you do, musical instruments you play in a group, dancing groups, drama groups, in short any fun you have that doesn’t involve getting drunk.
