The need of the hour isn’t for Women’s Bible studies, Bible teachers, and women apologists and activists but for mothers, grandmothers, and churches to obey what is actually necessary for peaceful, fruitful families and what is also clearly commanded to them, being Titus 2 women. Women who know their rightful and irreplaceable role in God’s economy.

That the below is so true and accurate is to the shame of every Christian household and church in the US who has contributed to it.

Let women get Bible, theology, and similar teachings from those whom God appointed to do so: their husbands, fathers, and elders and pastors. This will free them to focus on the important and commanded work God actually gave them: teaching younger women how to love their husbands, love their children, be chaste and discreet, and keep their households.

Our communities and churches should be a shining oasis of orderly households, as Paul wrote throughout his letters. This will only happen when we say without shame that a woman’s primary vocation is keeping and working in her home.

The above was written by John Moody. He has written many good posts on Facebook! There aren’t many who are bold enough to say this but I wish pastors throughout our land would preach these types of sermons once in a while. There are plenty of great pastors and apologists who are men.

Women need to be home raising the next generation. There is nothing more important than this. It’s what God created us for from the beginning. He created women to be help meets to their husbands and then told Adam and Eve to be fruitful and multiply. He hasn’t changed His mind. He created us to nurture, and men to be the providers and the ones in authority in the homes, churches, and nations. It is good.

The Proverbs 31 woman wasn’t known for being a Bible teacher, a theologian, an apologists, or a career woman. No, she was known for looking well to the ways of her household (Proverbs 31:27). May the same be said of all of us.
