Trying to Understand Our Culture

Trying to Understand Our Culture

Sometimes, it’s difficult understanding the depths of wickedness and godlessness happening in our nation today. These verses will help you understand. “Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.” (2 Timothy 3:8,9) “Yea, and all that will live godly in…

A Beautiful Life

A Beautiful Life

Andrew Tate made a video about the importance of women marrying, bearing children, and being good wives. Many women were furious with him. I loved it! He spoke truth. You can listen to him say it on Instagram. Listen if you can! It’s incredibly powerful. A life with no children is vapius. And it’s inane and it’s pointless. And you may sit here and think that your career matters. But the truth is that your job will fire you at…

What Concrete Submission Looks Like

What Concrete Submission Looks Like

What does submission look like? Very few of us have had godly role models to show us. Laine wrote a letter giving her readers concrete examples of what submission looks like. May you be blessed by her wisdom! Before I begin sharing concrete examples, however, I must explain that my heart changed toward my husband when I began to fall in love with Jesus all over again. When I began to thirst for His Word and time alone with Him…

Perilous Times Shall Come

Perilous Times Shall Come

“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves…” (2 Timothy 3:1). I believe those perilous times are here. Many are teaching women to love themselves. They NEED to learn to love themselves. This will cure them of all of their woes, so they claim. How does loving ourselves help us at all? God never commands that we love ourselves. The two greatest commands are to love Him…

Getting Ghosted Right After Sex

Getting Ghosted Right After Sex

Once in awhile, I will receive an email from Evie Magazine. It has some interesting articles from an unbiblical perspective. Consider this article called “How You Can Have Higher Value in the Sexual Marketplace.” “Many women find themselves getting ghosted right after sex. One woman shared her experience: ‘Of course, some men ghost after sex even if you withhold it for weeks. I once dated a guy I waited two months to sleep with. In that time, he took me…

The Boogeyman of White Supremacy

The Boogeyman of White Supremacy

Beth Moore tweeted the following on Sunday: “Dear God, dear God, dear God, dear God, be swift to aid. Hold the grieving. Touch the minds of the traumatized. Make truth plain. Amplify the words of the wise over the cacophony of the politicized. Open fresh eyes to see the catastrophic consequence of white supremacy. For the love of God, throw off your political party lenses and look at the pain. The wrong, The insanity. The injustice. The blood. The carnage….

Must Men Help With Housework to Avoid Divorce?

Must Men Help With Housework to Avoid Divorce?

In an article by New York Post called Millennial men want 1950s housewives after they have kids, the author Jennifer Wright wrote: “Even in normal times, women spend approximately two hours more per day tending to domestic work than their partners. A 2013 research paper by economics professors Francine D. Blau and Lawrence M. Kahn claimed that ‘modern men do not adjust the amount of time they dedicate to housework based on their wives’ employment status.’ “‘Professional working mothers who…

Housework Does Not Demean a Woman

Housework Does Not Demean a Woman

Written By Owen Strachan Housework isn’t “below” a woman or “demeaning” to her. Housework doesn’t “squander her gifts.” We often hear such language today, even from professing evangelicals who say they believe texts like Proverbs 31 and 1 Timothy 5. But sadly, a good number of professing Christians are frankly embarrassed by the Bible. Instead of flatly affirming biblical truth, they’ll subject it to death by caveat, telling you 19 things they don’t mean about biblical womanhood before they say…

The Great Need For Masculine Pastors

The Great Need For Masculine Pastors

Every night before I go to sleep, I listen to a preacher. I have listed some of them in my Instagram saved stories. I love learning from men who love God and His Word. Last night, I listened to John MacArthur preach to the men at The Master’s Seminary about Fortitude. It was an excellent sermon. I will summarize some of it here. Twenty five million children have no biological father in their lives. There are 73 million children in…

Should Women Be Leaders in the Political Realm?

Should Women Be Leaders in the Political Realm?

Written By Pastor William Einwechter With more and more women entering the political sphere and running for political office, the conscientious, biblically oriented Christian is confronted with the question of whether or not he should give his support and vote for a woman. This question becomes more pressing for many when the “best candidate,” i.e., the most conservative, pro-life candidate in a particular race is a woman. A number of years ago, we in Pennsylvania were confronted with this issue…
